Important Notes: Event registration is required to reserve a room at the Hotel Viking and each registered attendee is limited to one room for the duration of their stay. To assist in this process, a $50 discount on meeting registration fees will be given to guests staying at the Hotel Viking. Individual reservations that are cancelled within 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the guest room rate for the entire length of the reservation. We ask for your cooperation with this policy, which is intended to minimize financial penalties on ARTBA resulting from last-minute room cancellations.
