Western & Central Regional Meeting

Important Notes: Event registration is required to reserve a room at Grand Hyatt Scottsdale and each registered attendee is limited to one room for the duration of their stay.  To assist in this process, a $50 discount on meeting registration fees will be given to guests staying at Grand Hyatt Scottsdale.  Room cancellations within 7 days of arrival will result in one night’s room and tax penalty.  We ask for your cooperation with this policy, which is intended to minimize financial penalties on ARTBA resulting from last-minute room cancellations.
