Southern Regional Meeting & the Dr. J. Don Brock TransOvation Workshop

Important Notes: Event registration is required to reserve a room at Kimpton Hotel Arras and each registered attendee is limited to one room for the duration of their stay.  To assist in this process, a $50 discount on meeting registration fees will be given to guests staying at the Kimpton Hotel Arras.  A deposit is required equal to the room rate and tax for the first night for each reservation. An individual’s deposit is refundable to that person if the hotel receives notice of the cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival.  We ask for your cooperation with this policy, which is intended to minimize financial penalties on ARTBA resulting from last-minute room cancellations.
