This webinar will focus on the Occupational Health and Safety Administration’s (OSHA) recently enacted emergency temporary standard (ETS) requiring vaccinations or testing for businesses with 100 or more employees.

• When do employers have to comply with the ETS?
• What types of documentation does the ETS require employers to keep and for how long?
