Important Notes: Event registration is required to reserve a room at the Grand America and each registered attendee is limited to one room for the duration of their stay. To assist in this process, a $50 discount on meeting registration fees will be given to guests staying at the Grand America. All individual reservations are non-cancellable on or after September 24th and any cancellation, no show or early departure on or after September 24th will result in the forfeit of the individual’s advance deposit along with the remaining cost of the entire reservation which will be charged to the individual’s credit card on file. We ask for your cooperation with this policy, which is intended to minimize financial penalties on ARTBA resulting from last-minute room cancellations.
